I appreciated you listening to every detail of making sure you didn’t just send me out the door with whatever basic medicine that everyone else did. After a week of being in pain I finally feel better. I will definitely be coming back.

On 1/20/25 we went in at noon and did not receive good service at all. The girl that checked us in was very belittling in the way she spoke to us. She acted as if she being put out. As we were waiting we observed her being rude to others that came in as well. Very bad business! I will never go there again!
Terrible, took child in on Thursday was told she had allergies, by Saturday she couldn’t breathe out her nose, her face was swollen, she had discharge coming from an eye, and we were 6 hours from home - given her quick miserable deterioration, and the fact that we had just been seen there I was told all we could do was bring her back in to be seen AGAIN. Ridiculous waste of time. Thank goodness for our family practitioner for her sense, responsiveness, help, and prescription for the sinus infection it was so obvious she had.... read more
