I called & made my appointment ahead earlier that day, but when I got there & the lady at the front desk showed me to the little room where she checked my vitals & all good. But when the doctor comes in I tell her that my head & ear were throbbing with pressure off & on now for a few days. I also mentioned that I get bad sinus headaches 😩 & my face & ear hurt so terribly that it feels like its being squeezed in a vice. I will not return to the Andover location. I was treated like I was an inconvenience for coming in. I could go on about the terrible experience I had here! Waste of time, money and effort to get seen for an infection.
The staff and doctor at Andover were all positively wonderful! Some of the nicest health care providers I have seen. Highly recommended!
