Would be better if walk in were accepted
First the receptionist would NOT get off her cell which is highly unprofessional. Then another assistant was more worried with gossiping and where people were standing around the corner from the booth. If you have a problem with where people are standing than MOVE YOUR KIOSK and do your job. Paper on the floor that could have been swept up and easily placed in the trash can. Why have people fill out information on the kiosk IF you need to see their drivers license, ins. card and payment? To me it’s just people being lazy and... read more
My appointment was at 11:15 . I arrived 10 minutes early and was registered by the nicest lady . Within seconds I was brought back . The staff were amazing ! Had me in and out by 11:30. Clean , professional, and efficient!
The receptionist or whatever you would call her was horrible. Had an attitude the whole time, not helpful or informative, and slammed equipment on the counter while taking my vitals. She should really find a new job that doesn’t deal with the public. The NP was nice though.
