Would be better if walk in were accepted
First the receptionist would NOT get off her cell which is highly unprofessional. Then another assistant was more worried with gossiping and where people were standing around the corner from the booth. If you have a problem with where people are standing than MOVE YOUR KIOSK and do your job. Paper on the floor that could have been swept up and easily placed in the trash can.
