Very very rude and unprofessional staff. Poor customer service. Worst experience I have ever had in patient care setting
I had a first visit there and was very pleased with the service I received. The only thing I did not like was the two hour wait, but was very satisfied with the visit with the doctor. She was very thorough. Will return if the need arises.
I don’t low rate things often having worked in the customer service industry for so long myself. But honestly this is a joke. I sat with my two kids (one of whom was sick) for over 30 mins while the NP was in a room, door open, patient-less for 30 minutes. I get lunches and all that but if that’s the case people should be notified. Checked online after another couple mentioned the wait and it was over an hour! If I wanted to wait over an hour I’d rather just go to our pediatrician. A better system or more staff is a must for... read more
Absolutely the worst experience at a Little Clinic ever. My husband and I have been using their services for quite a long time for quick fixes to an illness we may come down with that we don't have time to schedule an appt for and have never had a bad experience until today. He went in at 11 am this morning, was diagnosed with bronchitis and was given 2 prescriptions that were sent electronically to a different Kroger closer to our house.
