i believe her name was monica?? very rude, impatient, and would not prescribe me antibiotics despite having SEVRE tonsillitis. if you are going to work near a college campus, LEARN HOW TO HANDLE YOUNG ADULTS!! no reason to be so rude, i did not force you to have this job and the fact that she did not give me any help or medication is just so irritating. im a student, worker, volunteer, and athlete who can not afford getting sick like this. disgusting behavior

Absolutely depressing and inexcusable reason as to why no one shows up for work at a medical office. Not even the techs or manager. America is truly doomed, has such limited access to healthcare, even basic vaccinations, that it is DEPLORABLE.
Booked the earliest appointment at 8:30 so i could get out as soon as possible. Walked in at 8:30 just to find out they gave away my appointment time.
DONT GO HERE! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! GO TO PREMIER URGENT CARE! The “nurse practitioner” is about as useless as a white crayon. Told me to put a “warm compress” on a staph infection LOL didn’t prescribe antibiotics. Didn’t mention any kind of contact precautions, etc. went to Premier Urgent Care down the road, got it lanced, prescribed HCG wash, and antibiotics…. Much happier with Premier
