Awful customer service. I have a $0 copay with my insurance, yet they told me that they could not let me see a doctor until a payed a $50 copay, supposedly because my insurance was making them. After contact my insurance I find that they had nothing to do with it. Essentially they just wanted to squeeze a free $50 out of me for nothing.
