Great experience!
Erin and Ben are always so great! They are kind and efficient and it really feels like the accessible neighborhood clinic it's meant to be. They're who I first think of when I'm not able to see my primary care physician. Ben remembered me after not seeing me for some time and he was very encouraging about making positive changes in my life. It's also so convenient to be right next to the pharmacy and in the store. I'm so glad this Kroger has this clinic. Thank you Ben and Erin!
The providers have been good; however my daughter was seen there and supposedly they sent a bill for her. I have paid every bill from them we’ve ever had. Logged onto our account and it showed a $0 balance. They sent this to collections without so much as a phone call and only 3 months after service. I was advised the policy is not to call. This is a terrible practice to someone’s credit. They were unwilling to withdrawal this from collections and let payment be made.
