I have been taking my daughters to Little Clinic for 10+ years and this is the FIRST time I have ever received such rude, unprofessional, impolite, disrespectful and ungracious behavior from Carrie, who was suppose to check us in for my daughter's scheduled appointment because she was sick and needed to be seen by them. My appointment was at noon and we didn't arrive until four minutes after. Dr Snyder and her team today were excellent. Sept 18 2024. I was met with a smile, and it continued from staff to Dr. Snyder. Quick, efficient and very helpful. It was a complete pleasure - and this is very important when one doesn't feel themselves. Thank you very much to the staff. 🇺🇸🇨🇦
