Please post accurate hours at location, or at the least, a sign that says there is no one available. It’s frustrating to bring a child at 8:40am (supposed to be open at 8:30 and allow walk ins) and no staff or sign indicating that you are closed, or what the new hours are. Fortunately after 20 minutes of trying to use the kiosk or knock on the door, a nice pharmacy staff member came over and let me know that you are closed due to low staff. Which is understandable. It’s the lack of communication that is not acceptable.
Website and computer screen at the office indicated open at 9:30 am on Sunday. I waited until 10am and no one showed up. There was no way to leave a voicemail on their phone.
I had a great experience, in and out in under 30 minutes. The receptionist was nice, but expected you to have all your ducks in a row, which is a good thing. Do you have your Driver's license? Do you have your insurance card? Do you have your appointment confirmation number? Did you check to see if they accept your garbage health insurance? People who complain about the receptionist are the same people who cause the long wait times. Do your part and they will do theirs.
