Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time and money. I scheduled a DOT physical at the Kroger Little Clinic earlier this week and was clearly told there would be a $20 fee if we missed the appointment. As a business owner, I pulled an employee off the job, paid them hourly to be there, and we showed up on time, ready to go. When we arrived, we discovered they had booked our DOT physical even though there was no qualified DOT provider on site. They knew this exam could not be completed but scheduled it anyway.
