My child was unable to get the care needed to diagnose an ear infection. We were in the nurse practitioner's office for maybe 15 minutes, and were told she was unable to tell us if my child had an ear infection. We had to drive 30 minutes to an urgent care to get the ear infection diagnosed. It was a really frustrating experience, especially since we had to pay the little clinic for no help at all.
