The little clinic is usually my first choice for non-urgent care because I have a great experience with the NPs there. I can be seen quickly, and the visits are generally thorough. I normally visit the Ironbridge Rd. location, but this time, I came down with the flu, and Ironbridge did not have any appointments so I visited Midlothian since they were available. The woman at the front desk where you register is rude and acts like you stole her lunch. It’s obvious that she doesn’t want to be there, as she stares at you with soulless eyes when you ask her questions. I wasn’t even going to mention the tattoo that spells out “s k a n k ” down the left side of her neck, but….
I went there today and was helped by nurse practitioner Veronica, she was very knowledgeable and was able to help me. I would go to this location again.
Rude Representative I called on Tuesday May 16th 2023 at 18:55pm. The representative Kim got irritated with me, brushed me off and repeatedly send me to Patient First when I only mentioned neck pain. Her attitude was unwelcoming , she just was trying to get rid of me. But the dialog wasn’t even a minute long at this point. I tried to explain to her that I need to know if they able to give me a referral to a specialist for my neck pain. I was seen by Lindsey and she was compassionate and put me at ease. She got me in and out within 20 minutes. Would totally go here again for quick visit needs. I did make the appointment online the say before.
