I use this clinic at the 70 Hwy location several times a yr because I never have to wait longer than a couple hrs when I go online to get an appointment and more often they are open and taking walk ins if they are not too busy. They see patients for many common illnesses like flu, allergies, UTIs, sinus infections etc. Then they send my information of my diagnosis to my primary care Dr. so that it shows up on my records. 5 stars: friendliness of NP, efficiency of visit (within 5 min), on-time engagement compared to appt. time, actual vaccination service 1 star: transparency of payment process, triage process; extremely shady billing practices! When a customer provides payment/insurance information, you need to inform them right then what the cost of the service will be out of pocket. Tried to walk-in and see the doctor about a sinus infection. I was told that their appointments are 2-3 days out and couldn’t be seen regardless of the fact that there was not a single other person waiting. Ok, fair enough. My only option on the weekend then is to go to the ER, which I am not doing. I will just go untreated and hope my compromised immune system will come through for me. Only reason this is 2 stars instead of one is because the doctor was really nice and I’m sure operating under the little clinic guidelines.
