Absolutely horrible experience with this clinic during the billing process. After going for a Covid visit they are now telling me it is being coded as an office visit and I have to pay for the office visit. It has taken 7 months for them to finally respond with this answer after telling me on two other calls, that it should have been a Covid visit and covered in full.
