This place in Columbus, Indiana is horrible! I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone... ever! February 22 my husband and I took our five year old son in there to get a flu test because he was running a fever, runny nose, tired, ear ache, normal flu stuff. When we were on our way there he said he had a belly ache. Not a bad one, just gas pain. We get there, sign him in. I had gone a week before Thanksgiving and the nurse practitioner was awesome but, I just went yesterday and it was a new one and she was so rude! Told me I shouldn't be here for the problems I am having. Wow.
I went on Saturday and the Nurse told me to wait till Tuesday for antibiotic so I was sick all weekend and felt horrible. The only reason I went in was for the antibiotic. I know when my body needs that. I just waited for my regular Dr to open on Monday and got the meds I needed. I will not be back to the Kroger clinic.
I went in on Monday for ear pain and I repeatly told them I had a (new. ) piercing on my ear told them to quit pulling on my ear and I ask if they can get ear wax out they said sense you have a ear infection no there for im never going back there cause I dont trust them
