Very frustrated with Little Clinic in NCH! I've been there before and they were very good! But I had to take someone for COVID test. One staff would ask a question. Then another staff would ask the same thing. I felt like I was not being heard. We were actually early for the appointments. Told me to go wait in my car. I feel that a lot of things could have been handled over the phone. Told me to go park in a certain place but gave sketchy details. Left me hanging.
