Both times they have pulled me in for my appointment over 40 minutes AFTER the start of the appointment. I don’t understand having the option for a 5:30 appointment if you’re going to bring me in at 6:15. Moreso why I would get here 5 minutes early just for you to be so late. I knew what was wrong last time as I frequently get the same illness and tried expressing that for them to tell me I’m fine. Got further testing which concluded that it WASNT fine.
I had a great experience. The receptionist was prompt and helpful, and the nurse practitioner is lovely. She was very friendly, and went above and beyond, making sure I met requirements for a work physical. I definitely recommend!
I saw Megan APRN at the little clinic today and she was very kind and helpful! I feel that all of my concerns were heard and addressed. Thank you!!
Highly recommend for people looking for routine checkups/appointments. Megan and Adrienne were extremely professional and had excellent bedside manner. I felt like I was in good hands, thanks y'all!
