I’ve been to this clinic twice and they’ve treated me well. I don’t have health insurance, and the consultation cost me around $100, plus about $30 for the medications. Note: This clinic has an agreement with Medicaid, so the consultation would be free, you’d only pay for the medications.
The woman at the front desk not one time looked up from her computer to look at me , she didn't wear a name badge, she was very cold and never acknowledged me at all.if your going to have someone sitting at the front desk, you should teach them to have some compassion , And at best look at the patient,
Sheree was great! She was very thorough and kind. Sheree took the time to listen to all of my concerns and made it comfortable to ask questions. No wait time.
If I could do negative stars I would. No help, daughter has strep likely so a 10 min test is all that was needed but they refused since we did not have an appointment… but there was no one there and they seemed slow… there is a reason they have 2 stars. As they treat people terrible.
Not a soul in the lobby. Staff, "we are too booked for walk-ins" along with being rude and unwelcoming. They earn their low stars for sure.
