I had a sports physical scheduled for my daughter at 9:30 this morning. At 9:22, Kelsey called and left a voicemail letting me know the provider was running a little late. My husband and daughter were already on their way, so I assumed they would simply have to wait a few extra minutes. Very disappointing experience. I cut my finger and went to this clinic expecting basic first aid, a tetanus shot, and treatment. However, they didn’t have a basic first-aid kit or a tetanus shot. They simply took my vitals and referred me to urgent care for first aid, a tetanus shot, and stitches. Despite not providing any actual treatment, I was charged $146 just for the visit.
