The cost of a TB test was misleading and the billing person could not tell me if I was being charged correctly. They were only concerned with collecting my money. I had an email invitation to review their services which was entirely multiple choice and I couldn’t explain adequately what my problem was. Useless customer service. Never going back.
Genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I went into the little clinic today for the first time because I’ve been so sick. I went in and had a little trouble with my insurance card, and it took me probably 20 minutes to figure out all the login information. Typical stuff yk, unfortunately for me miss Emma Breckenridge was my nurse practitioner. She made sure it was known that bc I took so long for my insurance card I was now bleeding into her lunch. I was a walk-in. I encountered three employees. All of whom were polite and courteous.
I can sum it up with two words - Emma Breckenridge. Same two words, aka - Absolutely Amazing. I have been sicker than I can remember for decades. A few days in I stopped fighting it and just googled this type of clinic. There were closer options but the universe/God decided I needed to find FNP Emma Breckenridge apparently. Modern medicine and most doctors suck. They’re money hungry, pill pushing, people killing drains on society. My son had a severe ear ache. Tried to call to verify if they accepted his insurance and it is literally impossible to speak to a human being. Found a spot on the clinic web site that listed his insurance as one that is accepted so I decided to take him as a walk in. When I arrived the person at the front desk was on her phone and the clinic was not busy at all. There was one person being seen. The person at the front seemed annoyed that I was there.
