I just moved to the area and don’t have a lot of experience here (take my review with a grain of salt), but the last two out of three times I’ve come to pick up a prescription, they didn’t know how to process it so I had to call my insurance to find out how to for them, or they had no record of a prescription being called in (I confirmed with the doctor’s office that it was sent to this specific pharmacy 5 hours earlier). They seem really helpless here when you as a customer are stuck.
Seems to be hit or miss as far as customer service goes. Mary that works there is great though. I use the drive thru quite often and have been in line for over 30 min for someone who just waits for them to fill their meds even though there's a line behind them but for me, it's convenient.
This company condones violence in the workplace and when someone confides that they get extreme anxiety working with the person that already attacked them, they laugh. Really Frys?? Really.
Fry's Pharmacy Fry's Food Stores should be ashamed of their service. I have been waiting in line since 7:15pm at the time of this post its 8:08pm, to pick up a prescription. Now this is drive through. Inside is no different. The line to the counter is wrapped and zig zagged around the isles. This is pathetic, uncalled for and management should step in to rectify this problem. And this is not just a once in a blue moon ordeal. This has been every single time I come here...
They’re constantly out of meds after they tell you to pick them up. Last month it was 35 days after my Doc prescribed on 28 day refill😡
They could keep their medicine in stock. My doctor called in a prescription for me for vicodin, on Monday Jan 13, 2020. I was told they were out of vicodin but would have some on Wed Jan 15 2020. I called them Wed. and was told they had no idea when it would be in. I ran out of my vicodin on Tues. It has been a long term pain med, to help the pain of bone on bone knees. I usually come here for my meds, but for 5 days now they’ve been having trouble filling my Prenatal meds, they keep telling me come back tomorrow come back tomorrow for 5 days straight, then today I called around 2:30 asking if my med is ready for pick up and she said in about an hour so I live in chino so now I drove back to frys around 6pm and they told me to come back tomorrow... I’m so frustrated.
