Terrible customer service. The employees have no respect and the doctors will prescribe weaker meds so that when they dont work you have to come back again and get hit with another copay.
Made an appointment, showed up for appointment only to have the person at the front desk tell me they basically can't do anything for me because they don't have any imaging and suggested I go to urgent care. I have had ankle injuries before and I know it is not broken, all I wanted was an exam. Never will I ever return here, rude and unprofessional.
Perfect for families to get fast help with ear infections, pink eye and minor allergic reactions. Way faster and cheaper than a full service urgent care. Attached to a pharmacy so easy to be out the door with everything you need quickly. Even grabbed some milk and eggs.
My family and I made an appointment for my nephew because he most likely has strep throat. My sister, his Mom, confirmed the appointment. We even have a screenshot of the confirmed appointment. My sister gets there to check in and the appointment isn't in the system. They canceled it. They weren't late so there was no reason for it to get canceled. The staff have been kind and I have no issues with that part. But the bottom line is, this place is lacking for services even at urgent care level. If you need a physical or a shot, fine. But anything else, go to a freestanding urgent care or your primary. I've wasted money 2x now thinking they could help me.
