I had been to The Little Clinic several times. Today, it took "the assistant" about 15 minutes to "register" me. The front desk assistant continuously called me hon and sweetheart while she grilled me for my name, insurance card, health infirmation... I was at this clinic for over an hour. It was a bad experience. This location is closing 5/31/19. Glad to see it closed!!
Every single member of our family has been here for one reason or another. We have had nothing but good experiences.
I came into the Little Clinic to bring my daughter in, we checked in at 8:36am they opened late for one and we waited over an hour if I knew this was going to take this long I would of came back later to be seen there was one person ahead of us to complain about medication, this has been the worse experience I have had this has been our second time here and by far this is the worse experience for us. Just a heads up if anyone is needing a TB test do not go to the little clinic on bell and reems rd... the doctor their put me down with a “positive” result when I went back to get my reading.... after she had questioned herself if she had done the shot correctly to start 2 days prior To the reading....(I honestly didn’t pay much attention till my doc called today and said if the shot wasn’t given correctly it will give a positive result)So I lost a week of work and had to have a more expensive blood test done all to show a n... read more
