I booked an appointment for 9:30 am right when they opened. No one was there and I waited for over an hour with no one at the front desk or in the rooms. They called someone from an hour and a half away which it wasn’t her fault and she was very helpful and nice but she had never been there before so she didn’t know where anything was or how to work the systems too well it seemed, which just further push my wait time. I set an appointment and went to my appointment on time and ready to get my physical done. When I was about to get my physical a couple walked up with their kid and asked if it was possible to get in because the kid had a fever last week and they don’t want it to come back. They told the couple they were booked and to make an appointment. Staff was great. Took way too long for the appointment, they didn't have vaccinations we had made appoint for. Charged additional for unrelated consultations to add to billing to insurance. Their website to set up appointments is broken and difficult and wasted a lot of time calling to make an appointment and to pay a bill. Not a doctor's office or a pharmacy, go to one of these to get your medical needs met instead.
Made an appt. to get a tentus booster; sat in the waiting area 20 minutes to have someone come out & tell me to go to the Pharmacy because of my insurance coverage. Told the person that it was rude to make me wait 20 minutes & then tell me to go elsewhere. She said she was busy eating lunch. Went to the Pharmacy, told them I only needed the tentus booster & did not want the shot with the 3 vaccines. The tech told me that it was the booster. But it wasn't! I scheduled my appt for a specific time. However, it took me 45 minutes of waiting to get seen for a vaccination. I also had another appointment scheduled for weeks I'm advance and received a call the day of that they were out of said vaccine. They said they could order more but it would take 2 weeks. Which it would be too late for my trip. This place is a terribly ran. They've known for weeks about this vaccine but call me day of my appointment to let me know they're out.
