Staff was great. Took way too long for the appointment, they didn't have vaccinations we had made appoint for. Charged additional for unrelated consultations to add to billing to insurance. Their website to set up appointments is broken and difficult and wasted a lot of time calling to make an appointment and to pay a bill. Not a doctor's office or a pharmacy, go to one of these to get your medical needs met instead.
Made an appt. to get a tentus booster; sat in the waiting area 20 minutes to have someone come out & tell me to go to the Pharmacy because of my insurance coverage. Told the person that it was rude to make me wait 20 minutes & then tell me to go elsewhere. She said she was busy eating lunch. Went to the Pharmacy, told them I only needed the tentus booster & did not want the shot with the 3 vaccines. The tech told me that it was the booster. But it wasn't! I scheduled my appt for a specific time. However, it took me 45 minutes of waiting to get seen for a vaccination. I also had another appointment scheduled for weeks I'm advance and received a call the day of that they were out of said vaccine. They said they could order more but it would take 2 weeks. Which it would be too late for my trip. This place is a terribly ran. They've known for weeks about this vaccine but call me day of my appointment to let me know they're out.
Annie was wonderful. She was not only competent, but thorough, attentive and patient. Receptionist Yvonne was great too.
Sat in the waiting room for over an hour when there was only one patient ahead of me.
