Very disrespectful nurse named Nicole Calhoun that dismisses patients. She was extremely rude to me the time I saw her, and dismissed my symptoms as allergies. I had a viral infection, and as a diabetic, she should have paid more attention. I won’t personally return. My boyfriend went there yesterday for low bp, fainting, and low pulse because men are stupid. I was his transport. This is not a good clinic. The nurses are not properly trained. The front desk staff is confused and incompetent. Avoid this place if you are sick or injured. Not worth the money for the level of (non) service you get and then you still end up going somewhere else.
Terrible experience there yesterday. Avoid at all costs. Nurse tried to tell me I could not be seen for my specific issue and I had to argue that it was listed on their website. Then she tried to clamp the heart monitor finger thing on my sore finger (the finger with two open, infected puncture wounds that I was being seen for). I jerked my hand away quickly. She laughed as she said, "Oh, does that hurt? I can put it on a different finger." They should be smart enough to know these things. The visit was a totally bad experie... read more
