Very slow and sloppy nursing practice. She listened for breath sounds, heard none because I was breathing very shallowly and she moved right along.Poor quality service.
Arrived 5 mins prior as was asked to for appointment. Hour later still waiting. This is for a simple travel consultation for a prescription.
My experience on 12/3 was great. I had a bad respiratory infection and Miss Brittany and her staff made me feel welcome and they took great care of me. It’s been two days my cough and horrible feeling in my chest and sinuses have mostly gone away thanks to the antibiotics I was prescribed which since I use the pharmacy at the same store were ready 15 minutes after my appointment was finished! Please avoid this Little Clinic at all costs Brittany the nurse practitioner is not very knowledgeable. Was very rude and impatient when I stated the medicine she gave me gave me some side effects.
Saved us tonight! We're in the middle of ice storm warnings and the prescription that we had called into Walgreens from an urgent care can't be filled at the Walgreens for some reason. We can't find this antibiotic anywhere and were running out of time before everything closed due to the weather. The urgent care we got the prescription from had already closed, so we couldn't get a new prescription from them. Little Clinic at Houston Levee came through!
