I went to the Little Clinic this morning. Was told to come back at 2:00 pm this afternoon. I got there at 1:50 pm and checked in. Finally at 2:30 pm it was my turn. Instead of calling me to the back, everybody decided to leave me sitting and to go to lunch. This behavior is not acceptable. I waited patiently with a 3 year old just to be laughed at and ignored. Is this the future behavior for this clinic? I am very unhappy.
The nurse practitioner I saw was very thorough. She listened to my needs and concerns. Will definitely be going back if I'm not able to see my regular PCP. I tell all my friends about The Little Clinic now.
