Once again, nothing that I was told by phone or in-person beforehand was reliable.
i went into TLC and saw Katelyn Klemaier. She was amazing, very compassionate and genuine and helpful. She was easy to talk to and genuinely cared about me getting better when she called to give me lab results.
Nurse Practitioner Brent was great, made my 5yo son feel comfortable and very quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained everything to us and even showed us the results on the test strip we used. It turned out my son didn't need any medication, but it was still a relief to know what the problem was for sure. Thank you!
I've been here twice and had good experiences both times. The last time I went I made an appointment online but arrived 30 minutes before the appointment, and was prepared to wait. They took me back early and had me on my way in about 10 minutes. I had an ear infection and the doctor took extra time to explain some things that went above and beyond and were very helpful.
