Terrible. Long wait. And the NP working told my daughter she wasn’t going to drain the infection because she didn’t feel Like it and it was close to closing. Also told her to take meds but they will mess up your stomach for 3 months ! Already called the comment line. No help.
Please do not go here. I had an apt for 3:45 and didn’t get taken until 4:32 and then had to wait 10 minutes for him to take another person into a room. I should’ve known though it’s in a Kroger
Once again, nothing that I was told by phone or in-person beforehand was reliable.
i went into TLC and saw Katelyn Klemaier. She was amazing, very compassionate and genuine and helpful. She was easy to talk to and genuinely cared about me getting better when she called to give me lab results.
Nurse Practitioner Brent was great, made my 5yo son feel comfortable and very quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained everything to us and even showed us the results on the test strip we used. It turned out my son didn't need any medication, but it was still a relief to know what the problem was for sure. Thank you!
