Arrived at the Little Clinic inside Kroger at 2:45 on a Sunday with my child who was sick. We just needed a quick evaluation to rule out strep throat. Our regular pediatrician’s office was closed, so we came here instead. We were told we could not be seen because we didn’t have an appointment and because the clinic closes at 3:30. Friendly staff and so convenient!
Ms. Elizabeth and Aeric was exceptional at providing care and was educated as necessary!
I really don’t like giving negative reviews, however I did not feel like this visit was worth my copay or time. The aprn took down personal health information in the lobby in the open on a sticky note pad rather than a patient room. The tech nearly uploaded a temperature from the thermometer but hadn’t even taken my temp yet. I watched her do this and I told her she hadn’t taken my temp and then joked about how “your temp was only .01 off from the one on here.” Even though it had been the previous patients.
