Trash company no wonder they have so many one star reviews
I went to get a refill on my birth control prescription. They sent me off to take a pregnancy test, and when I came back, the nurse practitioner told me that my birth control was over the counter, but they didn't have any in the Kroger Pharmacy. Also, they didn't need me to take the pregnancy tesg after all. She told me to check another pharmacy. Turns out that my birth control is not over the counter and requires a prescription. Three stars, because they did refund me the money for my appointment.
They’re not open 24 hours. Update your hours so you don’t waste people’s time.
APRN James @hubbards lane is one of the nicest , well mannered , and happy to teach that ive met in a long time . He did not talk to me as if I were ignorant, something you don't find too often in the medical field anymore sadly. Thank you for your prompt help, and man do I feel better now !
