While visiting for a flu shot last fall I presented my Cigna global health insurance card and was assured the cost would be covered. I was informed that I could receive the flu block quad for an additional cost. Four months later I received a bill for $136.24. After threats of collection I just paid the bill. Thanks for nothing little clinic.
I had to wait longer than expected due to the computers being down unexpectedly, but once she saw me, I was diagnosed with the flu and got help.
They r horrible.... on august i took my 2 year old to see the np due to a cold. Since she has no health insurance i had to pay upfront before she could be seen by the provider. I paid cash that day. Now they r sending me bills saying that i never paid anything.....really. i have work in the medical field for many years and i nlknow for sure there was no way you would have seen my daugther without getting pay first, due to the fact that she had no insurance.
