Terrible service rude reception was awful and quality of service bad they didn't do what they were suppose to do and made mistake in my medical certificate exam.
Made an appointment at the little clinic yesterday. I was treated kindly, professionally and my concerns were addressed in a timely fashion. Very convenient place to get an appointment and quality care.
3 stars for the fact that they schedule appointments 10 minutes apart which is beyond ridiculous. I showed up 10 min before my appointment time and sat for 35 minutes after my appointment time before making it into a room. 8 minutes later, I saw the NP, Nina. Nina gets 5 stars!!! Absolutely stellar bedside manner. Very relatable, personable and comes across as caring. She spent 25 minutes with me so no appointment should only be scheduled for 10 minutes. Paid $100 out of pocket to be dismissed and not even given subpar care by the NP. Sent me home with a more expensive Mucinex. After spending another $100+ to a different provider who listened to my symptoms, got a proper diagnosis and proper medication. Yes, everyone has a day but please, listen to your patients.
Scheduled a sports physical for my son on a Sunday morning (which was very convenient for our busy schedules through the week). In spite of being obviously very busy, Brian was able to keep things moving along without much delay - and was professional and pleasant the entire time. Although I would recommend staying away from shopping at this location, the clinic was the right choice today
