You are sick and have a hard time walking to the front counter only to find a sign that says not accepting any patients. There are 2 people waiting out in the chairs. This is the worst feeling when you are so sick and make it to your facility only to find out that you are not going to be seen. I can’t believe you can turn away patients before you have closed. Hours to close 1 hr 40 minutes.
I really like them at this clinic. I use them frequently and am always happy. I love you can schedule ahead and have never had to wait.
The Nurse practitioner was very nice and polite however I was told it was just a virus I went in with a horrible sore throats said I was blowing green. Got a call today def no strep and again reassured it's just a virus. I told her I haven't felt good and I'm still blowing and coughing up green, it's just a virus is what she said and that was it. I usually only go to the dr when I'm sick I have had these symptoms and it was a sinus infection. They give me an antibiotic and send me on my way, I have suffered for almost a week... read more
I went to The Little Clinic yesterday with a horrible cough and sore throat. They were very friendly in person. The nurse practitioner was very nice and told me if I had any problems to give them a call. I did today because not only am I coughing so hard blood is coming up my throat it is so sore I can't swallow. Sheena answered the phone. I gave her my name and tell her what is going on and she says very sarcastically "what do you want me to do". I said the nurse practitioner said to call back if there were any problems.
