I wish there was a 0 star rating!! I took my son there this morning, in order to have him checked for strep throat. The woman informed me they did not accept his insurance. I was ready and willing to pay it out of pocket. She then informed that due to him having insurance, they could not see him either way!!!!�
The lady working the desk was extremely rude! Kept saying my insurance was invalid and told me that I had to call the number on the back of my insurance card... I called and the guy said that my insurance was valid and that it shows that I'm on my husband's insurance and my dad's insurance so I shouldn't be having a problem being seen... The staff was great !!!! It was my first time coming into this location. I was coming in with a vomiting kid running a high fever and they made her feel a ease as much as possible. Was in and out pretty quickly even with a waiting list.....would definitely return in the future .
Quick & convenient but staff was cranky & rude. Dr. Assistant yelled at my son while swabbing him for flu. He was understandably upset & sick but she was quite rude & short tempered.
I went because I had cold symptoms. The wait time was short and the nurse practitioner was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Since I work 9-5 pm, I greatly appreciate their longer business hours.
I was in and out in about 20 minutes with prescriptions and all! They are very friendly and professional.
Great fast and friendly service! My family and I love it!
