This place is insanely good, we will definitely be returning every time that we visit Williams. We got the Jerk chicken bowl (extra spicy), the Mongolian Chicken bowl, and the Mandarin garlic bowl. All of them were incredibly fresh and extremely well balanced for the perfect flavor profile. This small business is completely worth the hype, and the owner is just the nicest!!
If you are looking for a convenient and nourishing meal, this is a worthy spot to consider. We were on our way back to Las Vegas after a getaway weekend to Sedona and this food truck was easy to access from the highway. Owner brought us out cold bottled waters before we even ordered. He explained that he uses no seed oils but top quality olive oil and all ths veggies are prepared fresh daily. Our bowls were full of delicious chicken , veggies, rice, and a yummy sauce . The man running the truck was very friendly and generous; he gave our entire party water bottles for free, and extra plates and forks when we asked. Bowls are delicious and flavorful and portions are generous. We had the Creamy Buffalo, Jerked Teriyaki, and Spicy Honey Garlic, the latter of which I highly recommend. Try if you ever get the chance!
