Bed bugs in room 612. The lack of concern or apology while I was explaining the issue to the employee at the desk was my first hint that this was a common problem at this hotel. The employee didn’t bother asking for a picture or any more details he just seemed apathetic and frustrated that in my hurry to leave the room I didn’t grab the key card.
