As a professional balloon entertainer for 12 years, Lippman is the only place in Portland that carries some of the high quality supplies I need so I don't need to order everything online and ship it. I live in Texas now and none of the party stores have any Oscar statues for my Academy Awards party. I had my sister go and pick me up some and I was able to purchase them over the phone. I could always depend on them having what I needed.
