Dr. Saxen is a lipid professional. Also caring and a good listener.
I was quickly checked in. I didn’t have to wait long in the lobby. The nurse took down all the new information and medication changes. I didn’t have to wait a little bit for the PA, however, she took her time with me. We went over test results, fully explaining what was happening. We discussed going back on a medication, but decided to hold off for now. Then they tested me for muscle mass. They want to make sure I don’t lose any.
What a great experience!! Started out with Ashley calling me back. She is so personable and sweet!! Then Dr. Saxen came in and took his time explaining everything in detail and how I could understand! Thank you for a great first impression!!
Incredibly friendly and professional staff. They gave me a great deal of confidence in my treatment plan. Highly recommended.
