Once again, I had such a lovely experience at The Lip Lab! Dana is just wonderful - so attentive, knowledgeable and personable. She has an eye for detail and truly desires to mix the perfect products for her clients. I’d happily recommend her and The Lip Lab products and experience to anyone!
I booked a make-your-own (MYO) lip gloss for my daughter's 9th Birthday at the beginning of August, & we had the lovely Dana & the whole place to ourselves :-) Beautiful, bright space; Dana was friendly, inviting & very knowledgeable; gave me guidance on colours & flavours to choose while my daughter hit the ground running, knowing exactly what colours & flavours she wanted to add. We had such an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel so welcome. It was so much fun from start to finish, and the kids enjoyed every single minute. We can't wait to come back again. Highly recommend!

Dana is an absolute star, she took the time to go through all our options, listened to what we liked and seamlessly matched this with a gorgeous colour selection, she let us pick all the sparkles and even ensure ls that I had a good amount of lippy to take home. 10/10 would recommend this service, ask for Dana she made the experience exceptional
