Claudia and Scott are a phenomenal duo. She was efficient at booking an appointment, sending reminders and notice of arrival. Scott was also very pleasant to work with. He did a fantastic job cleaning our vent and dryer and even showing us what to do to empty the filter of our washer. We’ll continue to get a service with them annually.
Call to have my dryer vent cleaned and was told that it wasn’t to code. Ask to have it fixed and the owner said he would get back with me with a quote and left. That was on Dec. 18th and I still haven’t heard back from them. Calling someone else to fix the problem.
We have used this company for a while now and they never disappoint. They always try to accommodate to our schedule. They are always on top of the reminders and making sure we get our service done.
this is the second time I use their service and each time it was excellent. I recommend them for a great job.
Tony and Veronica were amazing! They were fast and informative about the service and communicated with me while they were working. My house smells better already!
