I signed my 3rd lease a few months ago, and the safety has really gone downhill since. I moved here in 2022 when there was over night security and it felt safe, now there’s none. In just the last two weeks there have been two break-ins and even a hostage situation, plus a heavier police presence not to mention homeless people dumpster diving and car checking late at night. I have been living here since 2023 & it’s been going down hill from there. There has been 3 brake ins within a 2 week span. I have asked & sent email to see if we can get security over night at least for amount of money we pay!! They are just letting anyone come & rent here & not really doing a good of a background check. Not to mention the homeless coming in & dumpster diving & peeking into the cars. We had a whole hostage situation a week ago. My experience at the Linq @ South Mountain has been a 10 out of 10. Thank you Randi for your patience and great customer service. Shout out to your Maintenance person, Matt who is also patient! My AC needed adjusting on a Friday night and he came after hours within a half hour and fixed it. The last place AZ Elite property management that I rented from was the opposite taking 5 plus days! So thank you, you make a rental home feel like home!
Living at The Linq @ South Mountain has truly been the best rental experience I’ve ever had. From the very first tour to the move-out process, everything was smooth and hassle-free. Huge thanks to Randi, the community manager, for always being helpful, responsive, and attentive to residents needs. And shoutout to Matt on the maintenance team for keeping the property spotless and handling requests quickly and efficiently. Easily a 10/10 experience, I’d absolutely rent here again!
5 stars for Randi she is great !!!!!! -10 stars for Daniel if u get a hold of him I would ask to speak w someone else don’t do it very passive aggressive and really does not care …… just ask for Randi she actually cares !!!
