Been living here almost 3 years. Haven't had any issues. Love my apartment and staff has been great ❤️
I’m updating my original review as I am now in the middle of my third lease here! After living in the complex for nearly three years, I’ve seen a few changes, but I overall remain happy with my decision to stay. The most notable positive change has been the new management. Our community manager, Randi, has been nothing short of amazing. She is extremely responsive and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure all residents are kept informed. This community is constantly targeted by burglars. I see at least 4 posts a month on Ring Neighbors about break-ins. Management is probably not doing enough to prevent these incidents from happening.
Extremely unprofessional front office that sent a constable and kicked us out of our apartment a day after we told them we were moving out in two weeks, unsafe property with constant break ins, police presence and homeless people checking cars, Randi in the front office, cares more about what skin tight clothes she’s gonna wear that day rather than doing anything about these problems. Go look at the other recent reviews, please don’t rent here and if you already are break your lease and go.
Multiple break ins and mgt does nothing. No one gets notified, no security. Bad customer service
