If I could give zero stars, I would. I do not recommend applying to The LINQ Apartments. I submitted everything they asked for including my employment verification, pay stubs, and bank statements and followed up multiple times. After all that, they denied my application claiming they “couldn’t verify my income,” which makes no sense because I gave them exactly what was requested. I want to specifically call out Channon Riggs, the assistant community manager. She was extremely unhelpful, dismissive, and inconsistent throughou... read more
