Awesome! I came in with an loan approval that they were able lower the interest rate on by 2.05% by going with their in house lender. They assisted me with closing costs and the communication with the loan origination team was the best experience I have had. I have purchased homes in WA and TX in the past. Overall I am very happy! Gave me the fresh start I've been seeking for a decade. The only thing I would say is the sheetrock finishers need to work on their knockdown game a bit haha.
