Grateful my lease has ended here. I’m not much of a google reviewer but just have to leave one for this complex. Unit wasn’t ready when we received our keys. Walked inside to a very dirty unit. Unit had opened ramen cups everywhere and smelled like cigarettes. We requested a new unit considering that first impression and my roommate’s asthma. I only been here a week! I love this community so much that I gave up my section 8 voucher to live here. TRUST I DIDN’T DISAPPOINT MYSELF especially with my 2b/2bath all to myself!!!! Professional Kind Staff! Washer and dryer in unit. Clean pool. Basketball court! Volleyball! Golf free for all residents on the lease! This place is HEAVEN! In my eyes. Microwave Dishwasher. I HAVE an Ice Maker!!!. 😂😂❤️🔥🔥🔥💯
Booked and paid for a 12:50pm tee time on golf-now with a hot-deal for 16$ and arrived about 10 minutes early. Stood around for about 10 mins while the guy who was supposed to be helping me out was smoking a cigarette and scrolling reels. Instead of walking in a led helping me get sorted out with a cart.. he reprimanded me for booking online with terrible explanations. “It doesn’t guarantee a cart.”(oh well) and “there’s a 5 dollar processing fee” (I paid 16 bucks and he told me it’s a flat rate of 23 in the shop, so I’m lit... read more
My experience here was absolutely god awful. I moved in and the apartment was in the trenches. The oven was quite literally in between the washer and dryer. Little did I know I had some friends who were gonna be living rent free! Roaches covered the place even found several on my bed while sleeping (what a fun experience)! If negative was possible I’d there rating at that scale lol. Imagine having a one year old child stay without AC for four weeks because management doesn’t know who their HVAC company is since maintenance can’t fix it? Maintenance came to fix it twice and it just kept leaking right after they left and would say the request is fixed on the portal. It has a steady leak straight onto carpet unless I keep a bucket under it which I have been because they only gave me one window unit in a 2 bed 2 bath. Also no washer the last 2 wee... read more
