Told me today a unit would be available to move in on 10 March. I gave them a security deposit and application fee. They send me a lease agreement without proration, I tell them if they aren't going to prorate I am no longer interested and would like my deposit back. They refuse to return a security deposit on an apartment I haven't even signed a lease for.
Management sucks. Lived here for 2 years. We decided to try and get a bigger apartment, had to pay ANOTHER application fee that costed us $400. A week came to move into the new apartment, and we called to check in and they stated that we do not have an assigned apartment. They said we would be getting kicked out if they could not figure out the issue. Moral of the story management is terrible and the office ladies are no help.
