The Links scheduled a tour for me on Saturday at 3:30 pm. I showed up and I was greeted by several other parties waiting for appointments from 2:15. They had been there over an hour. Another gentleman had already paid his rent and drove 6 hours here to get his keys today. I HAVE LIVED AT THE LINKS YEAR'S AGO FOR A VERY LONG TIME. AND THE LANDLORD AND MAINTANCE WAS ALWAYS DOING THERER JOB'S. AND SEEING THE BAD REVIEWS THOSE ARE TENANTS THAT HAVE BEEN EVICTED FOR FAILURE TO PAY RENT OR WAS CAUSING ISSUES WITH OTHER TENANTS OR VIOLATION OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT. WHEN I HAD TO MOVE I HAD TO MOVE QUICK DUE TO A FAMILY ISSUE. AND THEY ALLOWED ME TO RELOCATE AND HELP WITH FAMILY. AND WHEN I CONTACTED THE OFFICE. Wow Lindsay Properties are a real class act there is no budget for snow removal or salt to melt ice??? Renter beware there has been no updates since they were built. Its like an old run down motel that lost its franchise! I promise the ice and path to back apartments is so dangerous I just hope someone does not fall!! Its unsafe and poorly managed. For all the 3 day late on rent eviction notices....maybe they should use the late fees and plan a budget like a professional property management company!
