I believe the Maintenance Technician is doing an outstanding job!
Pros: Attractive townhomes, pets allowed. Great neighbors and quiet neighborhood. Cons: Upstairs bedroom is extremely hot compared to downstairs. Ceiling fans needed. Not very many amenities Included in the high rental price.
Overall, living here was a good experience but there were definitely some big downsides. I’ll start with the good! POSITIVES: Tara, was a terrific property manager! She was very efficient, quick to respond and helpful. Rob, the Maintenance Supervisor, is so helpful and also extremely quick to respond and efficient in his work.
