I am beyond frustrated with The Links at Bentonville and the way this maintenance issue has been handled. I have submitted repeated maintenance requests for squirrels in my attic, and this problem is STILL ongoing. Maintenance has already had to physically remove multiple squirrels—some alive, some dead from traps placed in the attic. Despite this, the actual issue has not been fixed. I don’t recommend this place at all Everything in the apartment is breaking There is rats to my surprise maintenance has rat traps. There’s also cockroaches AC broken for 2 years . I can’t believe maintenance is allowed to come into your house when you’re not there That shouldn’t be a thing at all I know better then to let those people try to take my deposit!!! This place and it's management company is a joke! Do not put a deposit down! They tried to scam me out of my deposit when I didn't even sign a lease or get the apartment. Going to report them to BBB also had to dispute charges with credit card company and credit bureau. Would give zero stars if I could. Also if you dont believe me just looks up the reviews for this place and management company. Company has been reported so many times already.
