Smells bad
The grounds other than the golf course are hardly maintained. The apartment interior is so dated and worn. Our place was overrun by brown recluse spiders. All the cleaning after moving in and scrubbing everything enough to feel at home. We then moved out and they used our deposit to replace things that were several years past needing it saying we were the ones who caused it? What a scam! We even had a maintenance guy right in front of a manager say wore their place is immaculate. So yeah, that’s my opinion.
Manager is quick to get things done but also very unhelpful when it comes to paying rent when other things arise when rent is due tacks on late fees regardless of any situations
Nice apartment complex next to a golf course with a playground and swimming pool. Rent is reasonable.
