I don’t recommend this place at all Everything in the apartment is breaking There is rats to my surprise maintenance has rat traps. There’s also cockroaches AC broken for 2 years . I can’t believe maintenance is allowed to come into your house when you’re not there That shouldn’t be a thing at all I know better then to let those people try to take my deposit!!! This place and it's management company is a joke! Do not put a deposit down! They tried to scam me out of my deposit when I didn't even sign a lease or get the apartment. Going to report them to BBB also had to dispute charges with credit card company and credit bureau. Would give zero stars if I could. Also if you dont believe me just looks up the reviews for this place and management company. Company has been reported so many times already.
It was a pleasant Square 2 Square event at Bentonville to Fayetteville bike ride
Play the golf course periodically. Greens are wonderful. The bunkers are horrible.
Absolute dump they make you pay for them not being able to keep up with simple maintenance on their property. The staff has rocks in their head and are incredibly dismissive and have zero sense of urgency when it comes to any and all issues.
