Nice apartment complex next to a golf course with a playground and swimming pool. Rent is reasonable.
I am consistently cleaning, and we have regular pest management, but I still can’t get rid of all the roaches. There is also a lot of police in the area, so it’s a little annoying to be pulled over for minor things like my lights, just to be told that I’m good to go. I also got annoyed with the golfers. I would hear golf balls hitting my window or barely miss me when I was walking. I was experiencing a pest issue within the first year of renting out an apartment within this location, it took over a year before they did anything about it. Me and my neighbors have experienced times when the maintenance people go through your personal stuff, even though they're only supposed to inspect deficiencies within the structural integrity of the common areas in a renters apartment.
