I can't thank enough to the staff of this clinic, the people are very attentive. Dr. M Hooper is such a nice person, very empathetic and understanding. Nikki and Jaymie at the reception are very friendly and Zach is very professional during the assisted therapy. Dr Venkat always provides excellent attention.
The IV ketamine treatments offered at the Centre have been lifesaving. After 20+ years of trying many antidepressants that haven’t worked, I’ve finally found something that is working. I’m also transgender and the treatments are critical for my transition. The staff are all affirming, professional, and genuinely caring. I feel safe to be vulnerable and be myself around everyone I’ve met: the front desk, RNs, and psychiatrist.
New updated setting for Psilocybin Assisted Therapy is great and more comfortable! Very friendly people and environment. A well trained, trustworthy and friendly guide for the psychedelic journey will be with you for the entire sessions. I had an overall adequate experience when I had my ketamine treatment. The treatment itself was great, and the care was pretty good. However, there are a few things that I found very alarming. First thing was the fighting I had to do after the treatment. They said they didn't want to walk me to my airbnb (2 blocks away) and that I had to take a taxi.
