I had an amazing experience visiting The Linden Apartments in Newbury Park. From the moment we arrived, the property was beautiful, clean, and clearly well-managed—but the real highlight of our visit was Jasmine. Great place, great management! Jasmine, Samantha and the whole team are terrific. Every correspondence I've had with Jasmine has been completely professional and and always extremely pleasant. The property itself is always very well-maintained and all staff are responsive. Highest praise, GREAT people!
When Kerry was in charge of the Linden apartments, everything was fine Some new girl named Samantha took over and I honestly don’t wanna be anywhere near that girl. She’s very rude.
Since the new management took over, The Linden has gone significantly downhill. What was once a well-run and welcoming place is now poorly managed and increasingly unsanitary. Cleanliness standards have clearly dropped, and it’s concerning how little attention is being paid to basic upkeep and hygiene. Staff seem overwhelmed or undertrained, and the overall environment feels neglected.
