Kerry is the worst manager you can deal with.. in reality you don’t get any answer from her at all. If you call or text she ignores everything… The shower doors are falling apart and the only answer I got is that they don’t have handymen available. I’m getting charges without any explanation and after paying, I received a late fee… even though I gave that check to Kerry on her hands and she said she will remove the late fee… now my late fee increased to $250.00 this is very upsetting… I didn’t read the warning reviews and no... read more
I had an outstanding experience at The Linden. The apartments are spacious and modern with top-notch amenities. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the location is convenient. Highly recommended!
Best decision they made here was changing managers. The apartments are nice and quiet not too much drama happening. Kerry is the best thing that happened to this place.
Called to ask for apartment information and the first time they HUNG UP ON ME. Originally I thought it was a dropped call and then they instantly sent me to VM when I tried calling back. Guess I don’t need that apartment
The building was bought out by an investment company and you can really tell that they're using this property as a piggy bank. They lie about the square feet of units (500 for a studio, not 550 like the listings say), the notices are always given the day before with very easy to fix spelling errors as if they were written an hour beforehand (they probably were), the new manger doesn't live on site like the last one did so she barely shows up, and they changed the locks to the laundry rooms without informing anyone.
