The Linden has been a really positive experience. Management is responsive, easy to work with, and clearly focused on continuing to improve both service and amenities for residents. One of the best recent upgrades has been the addition of a smart store vending machine. Stay Away!! I can tolerate a few living conditions that aren’t up to standard, but Port Property’s building management became unbearable for us and fellow (now former) tenants. In the 2.5 years that my spouse and I lived at The Linden apartments, we felt that the quality of property management had gone steeply downhill. I honestly love living here. Good location, the management is responsive, and for Portland area it’s cheapest/nicest you’ll find for that combo. Utilities all included.
