I honestly love living here. Good location, the management is responsive, and for Portland area it’s cheapest/nicest you’ll find for that combo. Utilities all included.
AC isn’t sufficient, building completely overheated, if it is more than 75 F outside there is no way AC can lower it to any tolerable temperature. So they tell you they have AC but when it comes to it is not working properly, management is like “well yes, that’s because it is hot outside” and they offer you to buy yourself window AC unit and pay extra every month for having it and installation.
