Don’t waste your time. Location is great but…..AC never works, going through 95° rooms right now and am shocked at the lack of urgency considering ambulances have already shown up. To make matters worse the elevator hasn’t been working so you have to walk 5 flights of stairs in the 95° breeze less stairwell only to go back to your scorching hot room. I have lived here for six months, and the management and maintenance standards at this complex are unacceptable. The current situation is dangerous: the elevator has been broken since Thursday, essentially trapping residents with disabilities in their apartments. To make matters worse, we have been without air conditioning during this heat wave with zero sense of urgency from management. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. Even as a current resident the office does not answer my calls when there is an issue that needs to be addressed. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PUT AN AC BUT THEY WILL LET THE BUILDING AND YOUR UNIT GET TO OVER 90° IN THE SUMMER- DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMAL. The office on multiple occasions will take several days vacation during a building wide inconvenience such as the central air system being down. I could not recommended a place less to live.
