Great Value Apartment but Terrible Community – I moved here in Nov 09 - for the money hands down it is the best value. Apartment is huge compared to all others I looked at and inside amenities ie Kitchen are fantastic. However once here there are several issues most seem to encounter: definitely NOT as soundproof as advertised and windows are drafty and are visible gaps between panes. The GE refrig has had to be replaced once because of motor and icemaker - have to turn off icemaker when full or will freeze into a solid bloc... read more

Good place for $$ but needs managment improvements – An honest review.. The Linc Apartments are brand new luxury 1 and 2 bedroom homes, which are currently offered at a fantastic rate. I am pleased with the few months I have lived here, yet I find have myself frustrated with numerous small problematic issues, some which could have been avoided if the leasing office had been upfront prior to move-in. don't move here!! – Recently cars were broken into in the "secure" garage. Management is not doing anything to make the situation better. The apartments are really nice. If you don't have a car to park, it may be ok. But if you plan on parking, then don't do it. Also, if you plan on having any issues that you would want to discuss and work out with management, good luck. They are HORRIBLE (Kettler Management).
