literally FRIED OFF my friends hair. chunks falling out. all different lengths. literal chemical BURNS ON HER SCALP. did NOT refund her. she paid $120. the stylist offered to shave her head. left her under the heat lamp with bleach on for 30 minutes. DO NOT COME HERE.
