If I could give more stars, I would! My son got married on the weekend and Tina supplied all the florals for the wedding. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and her knowledge of flowers was truly impressive. We gave her a colour palette to work with and she nailed it perfectly. The flowers were beautiful, fresh, and thoughtfully arranged. The buttonholes were easy to put on, and everything was clearly labelled when it arrived, which made the day run so smoothly. Words cannot express how much I love coming to this store, it’s so beautiful. From the koi pond to the lovely ladies who serve me every time with big smiles and a love for what they do. I don’t know much about flowers but always end up walking out with the perfect thing thanks to those lovely ladies. Glad good customer service is still around.
Would not recommend this florist at all. Experienced poor customer service. Courier delivered to the wrong address, I called florist to ask for assistance for delivery to be delivered to the correct address which was not to far away less than 5mins as I’m currently experiencing a contagious medical condition and shouldn’t be in the community. Response back was “oh I had that condition too, and I still went to work”. I thought this was very rude and inconsiderate as I have been in and out of hospital with this medical conditi... read more
Have been a customer here of three years, normally I’m the one sending flowers to people and they are always absolutely beautiful but I recently had some delivered for myself and WOW!!! They are just absolutely gorgeous!!! Flowers are still going 2 weeks after I have received them!!! I highly recommend them for any occasion!! They will always be my number one choice!!!
Flowers were delivered promptly and they were absolutely beautiful. We use Lily Pond for all our flower purchases, as the service we receive, and quality of flowers are amazing.
