When a 1-800-flowers order was going south pretty fast with lots of tears Lily Pad Florist saved the day by a quick text response (store was closed) after hours and communication the following day to end up with a beautiful birthday flower bouquet surprise from sister to sister. I live across the country and wanted to order flowers for my sister for her birthday. I ordered through 1-800 flowers because I didn't know anyone in the area. This florist did the order and the end result was beautiful! There was a bit of a mix up (I blame 1-800 flowers) a week before her birthday and they sent her the wrong flowers early.
