When a 1-800-flowers order was going south pretty fast with lots of tears Lily Pad Florist saved the day by a quick text response (store was closed) after hours and communication the following day to end up with a beautiful birthday flower bouquet surprise from sister to sister. I live across the country and wanted to order flowers for my sister for her birthday. I ordered through 1-800 flowers because I didn't know anyone in the area. This florist did the order and the end result was beautiful! There was a bit of a mix up (I blame 1-800 flowers) a week before her birthday and they sent her the wrong flowers early. But once we reached out to them, they were very apologetic and understanding, and went out of their way to make sure my sister got a beautiful bouquet on time that was exactly her style! ... read more
Stopped into this wonderful shop on a whim, looking for an arrangement for a family member. Shannon was awesome and made us feel like friends while she put our order together. Love this shop and will definitely call on them in the future.
